These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of therevstg.com and your membership in the REV Tour STG golf league, operated by Zierse Consulting LLC ("REV Tour STG," "we," "us," or "our"). By joining the league or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
REV Tour STG is a year-round golf league serving Southern Utah and Mesquite. Membership is open to golfers of all skill levels. Junior members ages 13 to 18 must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the junior's behalf. You agree to provide accurate information when you join and to keep your contact details current.
Membership is offered on a monthly or annual basis at the rates published on our website at the time you join. Annual memberships renew automatically at your locked rate unless cancelled. Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time and remain active through the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
The Four Round Promise. If you play your first four league rounds and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your season fee, no questions asked. Requests must be made after your fourth posted round and before the end of that season.
Members agree to post accurate scores, to follow the Rules of Golf and each host course's policies, and to treat other members, course staff, and league officials with respect.
Scores, flights, and standings are administered under the REV Index system. We reserve the right to adjust an index, correct a posted score, or remove a member from competition where we determine in good faith that scores have been misreported or that conduct has harmed the league or a host course. Prize eligibility requires membership in good standing.
Tee times, course rotations, discounts, and prize amounts are subject to change and to host course availability.
Program. REV Tour STG sends league schedules, tee time and course information, score posting reminders, event invitations, and member offers to golfers who have opted in to receive text messages.
Opt-in. You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our sign-up form at therevstg.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of membership.
Message frequency. Varies, up to 6 messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (435) 414-6263.
Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You may opt back in at any time by contacting us.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

By joining the league you agree to receive transactional email about your membership, schedule, and scoring. Marketing email includes an unsubscribe link in every message.
The REV Tour and REV Tour STG names, logos, the REV Index system, our website content, and our league materials are our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission. Photographs and video taken at league events may be used by REV Tour STG for promotional purposes. Tell us in writing if you prefer not to appear.
Golf carries inherent risks of injury. You participate in league play at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own conduct, equipment, and compliance with each host course's rules.
Our website and league services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that leaderboards will be free of scoring errors, or that any particular course, discount, or prize will remain available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REV Tour STG and Zierse Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your membership or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued membership after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
