REV Tour STG ("REV Tour STG," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Zierse Consulting LLC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to therevstg.com and to the REV Tour STG golf league.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you join the league, request information, enter a contest or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, golf handicap or index, scores you post, and payment information processed by our payment provider.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring page through standard web analytics.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Junior members ages 13 to 18 are enrolled by a parent or guardian.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate the league — register members, assign flights, publish leaderboards, and administer prizes
  • Send you league schedules, tee time and course information, score posting reminders, event invitations, and member offers
  • Process membership payments and refunds
  • Respond to your questions and provide customer support
  • Improve our website, our events, and our member experience
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Text Messaging and Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

REV Tour STG collects mobile phone numbers when members join the league, submit one of our lead forms, or request information. Numbers are used to send league schedules, tee time and course information, score posting reminders, event invitations, and member offers.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or of membership. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you may reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers who work on our behalf — payment processing, email and text message delivery, our customer relationship management system, and website hosting. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
  • With golf courses in our rotation, limited to what is needed to reserve tee times and honor member rates.
  • When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition of REV Tour STG.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are excluded from all sharing other than the support-service subcontractors described in Section 3.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and to understand how the site is used. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not function properly if you do.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your membership is active and for as long afterward as we need it to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below.

7. Your Choices

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Access, correction, or deletion: contact us using the details in Section 10 and we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to members by email.
